I ordered these slippers in size 8 but they were way too big. Looking at the size printed on the sole of the slippers, I saw that what I'd received was size 11. No wonder they were too big! Looking at the plastic bag the slippers came in, I saw how this error happened: the original sticker on the bag says correctly that they are size 11, but someone later added a sticker with a bar code, and this second sticker says they are size 8. Some fool just put the wrong sticker on the bag. Apart from this problem, the slippers seem fine, so I'm returning these and will try again. And my advice to others is: if you buy these slippers and the sizing seems way off, check what size you were actually sent by looking on the sole.
