I am Pre-op FTM (I feel I should clarify because some of the advertisement photos look genderqueer) this is best binder I ever bought, it compresses like it should and is breathable. If you’re not used to it the first day might be a bit intense but leave it on for that day and afterwards you’ll feel it sit easier on you. I’ve bought multiple as it wears down fast with everyday wear so it’s important to alternate between 2-3 and to wash them a trick as well is drying it only if it’s been overly stretched.HOW TO WEAR: It flatness the best if you lay on your back and let your chest slide towards your back and the pins should be on your side not middle of back or chest because you’ll see when you put a shirt on. When it’s on make sure to rearrange your chest as I stated earlier towards your back/arms but first pull it down as this will help flatten it better.
