I've been using it for two weeks now. I use my laptop to watch workout videos. I've also used the phone holder to record videos for myself while my computer is on and in use. It does a good job of what I need and in my web searches I couldn't find another product like this. And that's exactly what I was looking for. I love that it has two functions (it can carry and hold your laptop, and it also has a phone holder) and the height of the stand can be adjusted from high to short (short if you have to sit next to it). If you're doing any type of online/zoom-in demonstration (e.g. as a teacher) or video recording yourself following something on a computer, this is perfect. I would definitely give this product 5 stars apart from the minor downsides I experienced. minuses. I had to order this twice (return the first set and get a replacement) because the first box was missing all the parts (missing screws, part of the phone mount missing). But the replacement came promptly and the correct parts box arrived. (It was impractical, but for mass-produced products like this, I can probably understand that there can be flaws.) With the second box, the only complaint is the phone mount. The screw and bolt didn't fit well so it wobbled on the stand. I didn't want to send it back (again!) so I just fixed it myself by inserting a small piece of index paper between the screw and stud so it could stand in place without hesitation. Not 100% but this fix was enough for me to save and use as needed.
