The product itself looks good. I mean it's a backpack so not much to say. As others have said, it looks small at first glance, but you can fill it up quite a bit. My main complaint is that the included USB cable was rusty when I received it. I'm wondering where it came from and what happened to it that caused this at the manufacturer. I would send it back if I could but I'm going to be a truck driver soon and don't have time so I'm scraping the rust this time but I'll never buy it again. They lost my respect as a manufacturer as soon as I saw a rusty USB. That shouldn't be happening.
