Follow recommended measurements for size. I like the stretch and the two side pockets. To an extent I don't like that the pockets are too deep and that the elastic is too tight, but that's just a personal picky observation as I use food on long runs and use those long tights up to 30F. degrees temperatures. I just take off my glove when running to make sure I get food out of my pockets and don't drop it. The price is great, and even if they don't last more than one winter season, it's still possible to get another set by comparing them to other, 'better known' running brands.
