Small rear cones with double sided tape that you attach to the back of the Vita to get the physical L3 and R3 buttons. It works great except there is a beep when I press R3. It could have something to do with the spring, but if you wear headphones or don't pay much attention to it, it doesn't matter as the buttons are responsive. It also comes with the part that goes beyond your bio, it doesn't fit my bio for some reason. 2 out of 4 clamps could not be attached. Luckily I had another case that I bought for R2 and L2. I've used this case and the back still fits well so I'm very pleased but be careful if you don't have another Vita console case. Maybe the mines were just defective. The packaging was great and shipping from China took about a week, very fast.
