Made from cheap pine and wrapped in sisal rope, these ladders are inexpensive and functional. The size is MUCH SMALLER than it appears in the photos. In fact, it will be difficult for a kitten to use them comfortably. But if you're looking for something to start with, then it's 'ok' for starters. I'm not thrilled with the wood or the quality but for the price I think they're great. If you know anything about it, you could do it for a fraction of the cost, but I know not everyone has the time or energy to do it. So yes. Generally good, but not amazing. Cheap materials but assembled with sufficient quality. MUCH SMALLER than it appears in the pictures.
