Hook on Exterior Accessory

A long time ago I wish I had had them. I thought the installation would be more difficult than it turned out to be. It's a two person job, but basically it involves holding the hitch in place to mark the holes for drilling, and then holding it back in place during actual placement while you insert the screws. I used it on my VW Jetta. I pulled out some small trailers and put a bike rack on top. I rode the uHaul halfway across the United States and it was full the whole time. All in all I've never had a problem. It never came off, although I fell through the road's errors a few times. The underside had lost some paint but the metal was still intact which is not the case with the scratched roads. Eventually my Jetta died and I sold it for scrap; I probably should have taken the hitch apart and resold it separately as it was still very functional and cost more than the car. Spring. A good product. Just check and make sure you've selected the right model for your specific vehicle.
