Review on 🚗 Rugged Ridge 11546.50 Heavy-Duty Tire Carrier Kit for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK by Richard Simmons

This review is based solely on what I received and is not representative of any purported product or seller. I was trying to install this on my jeep. Old hinge and bracket removed. When I started installing the new hinge, the hinge itself wouldn't budge. I've tried everything. I called the manufacturer on the number provided in the instructions and was told they sent him faulty blocks with the wrong bushings. They directed me to a website to submit a warranty card. I still haven't received an answer after 9 days. They will probably send you a new one. I recommend sellers to test the product to make sure it isn't bad, and buyers to inspect the hinge before removing old hardware. I'm sure it's a good product but based on my experience I can't recommend it at this point.
