Really soft. on my review.
I loved this hair I was a bit surprised when it arrived seeing it was much brighter in person - But it was still beautiful. It tangles which is expected with synthetic wigs. I've flatironed it a few times and its held up. The shedding on the other hand is not one of my favorite things.
