I'm honestly surprised they like them so much - I was worried they would be cheap and flimsy but they are well done. Strong but not too big. It doesn't look like a regular wire hanger at all. Really nice. The non-slip coating seems to work very well, making these hangers great for thinner fabrics and more fragile knits. Doesn't seem to pull on the shoulders of my clothes. The elastic band runs around the perimeter, so you can fold fragile items and put them on the crossbar. No slip! It's really attractive. Small notches work, which was another questionable feature for me. Try them yourself and I think they will surprise you! I like these hangers best of all the plastic hangers and they are even "prettier" than the wooden hangers. I have a lot of odd shaped clothes that don't hang on a standard hanger and thinner cotton/linen/silk clothes. It hasn't proven itself yet, but for now I'm satisfied and will consider other options. in the future. (Oh, I think someone mentioned that the height is uneven. That's true. It's small. If you're looking for a super clean and absolutely perfect set of hangers, the very slight differences might bother you. If you have several different types Your hangers, you probably won't notice. In fact, I'd be surprised if you noticed the bumps when the clothes were on.)
