I like most that it's very fast to use when you are looking for some data insights or just want an overview of your sales performance over time (or even week).

The dashboard can be quite cluttered if there many widgets/charts at once so this might not work well as "dashboard application". Also we had problems adding new customers - they were sometimes added but never showed up properly after refreshing our cache database etc.. Not sure what exactly was causing these issues though maybe something changed recently? Try before buying! Before using Pansitelligence i used several different tools from BI vendors which all did their job good enough however lacked flexibility regarding customization options / custom reports generation capabilities out off box featureset e.g.: KPIs calculations via SQL queries rather than pre defined formulas; ability easily define own metrics instead predefined ones available within default templates such pricing models calculation rules could also benefit from more detailed explanation how things works internally.
