So before I start I want to say that the headphones were pretty good, the Sound quality was great and right out of the box they lasted several hours before I needed to be recharged. So if you're dealing with the worst in the universe, or you don't mind removing the mic from the device, go for it. . That being said, the only thing that made me return these headphones (less than 12 hours after receiving the product) is the feature called sidetone, and I'd like to tell you that personally I'd rather jump into the abysses of hell , than to get this special feature. "Sidetone" is a feature of these headphones that turns on the mic whether it's supposed to be used or not, and collects whatever sounds are happening around you, multiplies the volume by 12, and then continues playing. . It may not sound too bad, but believe me, this feature made me want to throw my headphones into a volcano and hope no one else has to go through that again. I have tried every possible means to prevent this and the Sony website says the feature cannot be removed.
