You need an exercise ball that will fly a decent distance and won't damage your home. It's a little more expensive at $2 a ball, but well worth it. I hit these balls from the front yard through the house into the woods behind the house. 50 meters home and they land about 40 meters back. So I drove about 100 meters with my driver. My usual drive is around 200-220. I was a little apprehensive about hitting them on my windows, the ball has good weight and feel, but a linear hit on the window sash rebounded instantly. I knocked the screen out of the double joint and punched a hole in the rear screen by hitting a 9 iron from 10 yards out, but the balls are still in good shape.
