Although Housmile claims to be an internet retailer who appreciates the value of a comfortable home, my interactions with the business have been anything but. When it comes to resolving problems with their inferior products, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and at a loss for options. Although they have a fashionable look, their kitchen and home goods are of poor quality and are easily broken. Spend less time and effort shopping elsewhere for goods that deliver on their claims.
