Review on Jump2It Portable Trampoline Adjustable Protective by Shawn Pollock

When assembling the trampoline we realized that we were missing one of the legs. We've tried looking for a support email or phone number everywhere - in the instructions, on the packaging, on this Revain page, on their website, etc. We even used the Ask a Question feature here on Revain to to try to find customer support line. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, no email address or phone number to contact if you are missing parts or received a defective product except during the return process. We still wanted to keep the trampoline because our daughters watched us build it and were so excited about the product that we unfortunately left it outside the return period. We just want the company to send us the missing leg! Second, now that I'm finally writing this review, I see the price has fluctuated around $80 - we paid almost double that ($152 after tax). It feels like a punch in the pit of the stomach, especially after being unable to contact support. I now have extreme buyer regret for this purchase and would not advise anyone to purchase this product as there is no way to get customer support.
