Review on 🍞 Cuisinart Compact Automatic Bread Maker – Up to 2lb Loaf: New and Improved by John Ramsey

I'm surprised by all the positive comments here. I consider myself a pretty good home cook, but this bread maker has me stumped! Every bread was a disaster! They usually sink in the middle and I'm very surprised because I'm using the recipes that come with the machine. What wasn't so airy wasn't the middle, it couldn't be used for sandwich bread. I made 10 items and all failed. I made cinnamon rolls following the recipe booklet and the batter was soup! I couldn't even understand how that was possible! I followed my steps and each one was correct. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but this could be the item I'm returning.
