Game Changer! I've always wondered how the quilters on YouTube just rolled their knives and the fabric split in two. Some even sit while cutting! I've always had to stand and lean on the carpet (literally, not the Silicon Valley woman's eye-rolling mantra) and cut the fabric a few times, and yet I couldn't avoid those fraying threads that often interfere with size. I was going to get my blade replaced and found this titanium thing that was two for $10 and the regular five for $10. Decided I would never need five and ordered these. Wow! Easily cuts multiple layers and in one pass with much less pressure. It seems my addiction is over after days and my rug is thankful. As always with any blade, be careful and be present in the moment.
