Fully open, we haven't used it in high winds or heavy rain yet but so far we LOVE this umbrella! Sleek and easy to use, it seems to strike the right balance between strength and durability and lightness and practicality. Seems well done! And a bonus. The black dotted canapé, silver handle and length of this umbrella make it the perfect decorative accessory for our entry into the modern umbrella holder! We thought the value for money was enough so we decided to return another umbrella that we bought for its solid black version.
