Review on TXN by Mario Beaklini

I like how easy it was to create survey templates with this software! The customer service can be slow at times but they are getting better every day which makes me appreciate them more as time goes by (which does come faster than you think!). This program has done wonders in my office when creating marketing materials or sending out email blasts using their template feature that allows us all of our departments input into one document before we send off an update/blast mail etc.. Great organization tool too!! I like the way it's organized into categories. It's very easy to find the information I'm looking for. There is a lot of info so it can be hard to navigate. I'm having a tough time finding the info I need as I'm new to the platform. I think it would be easier to navigate if it was more user friendly. I'm using this to learn about my customers and it's helping me build a better understanding of their needs. It helps me understand their preferences and habits.
