Review on Pentax Optio RZ-18: 16 MP Digital Camera with 18x Optical Zoom - Black | High-performance Photography Equipment by Ben Balas

This is a great camera - 16 megapixel optics are sharper than I need but adds saturation and depth. I bought it because of the 18x zoom which is amazing! The lens extends outwards (my waterproof 5x zoom opto does not extend). It still fits in my pocket, but it's a bit bulky. Best to keep in a nylon bag if you're going to be in dusty places etc. I was in Yosemite for a week and after some time of hiking and dusty daytime winds the lens protectors started not fully opening without a little help. from a nail - I used a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean them and they worked like new!
