I am renting an old house with 1 bathroom. The sink was uncomfortable to say the least. Wall mounted separate hot and cold water faucets, hot water is shut off due to faucet leaking. I was allowed to replace whatever I needed. I didn't want to spend a bunch of money that I no longer consider an investment after I move out, so it was the perfect price. The faucet I received is not exactly what is pictured but has actually gotten better. The one I received has a copper flange and nut, 2 washers and water lines marked red and blue for your convenience. After removing the old rusty faucets, installation was a breeze. The hole in this sink is 1.5" in diameter and the faucet fits perfectly. I installed the soap dispenser on the other side where the cold faucet used to be and I am very happy with my new installation!
