I normally wear a size 36DDD and bought the "U" size x-large. It offers good compression/support when running/jumping. I didn't have to wear a second sports bra like I usually do with my other sports bras. The neck was also not drawn. Normal sports bras put a lot of pressure on the base of the neck due to the weight of the breasts. The material is quite thick which is good for support but it stayed wet for quite a while after my workout. I removed the padding. I don't care if people can see my nipples through my bra/shirt, but they didn't seem to be visible to those who cared. I like it when the narrow straps don't dig in. The length is very cute, especially with the high waisted leggings, but they are pulled up at the bottom. Didn't cause any discomfort when folded. Seems more comfortable than my Handful and Brooks sports bras at the moment. I will probably order more.
