I didn't want to believe the few reviewers who didn't like the balm scented oil as many buyers said they really liked the scent. It's terrible. It doesn't smell like pine balm at all. There is no woody smell at all. My family of four agrees. On Saturday night we decided to give it a try anyway, and applied it to the balls of yarn meant for essential oils, the pinecones we stuck in our fake Christmas tree, and the tree itself. It was a sweet-smelling dull one , strange, false scent. Monday morning. It didn't smell at all. Find a better brand to buy. I'm returning it and buying from a local company instead. It doesn't cost any money.
