Not sure why others have had zipper problems. Jerking too hard or too fast, maybe? Mine have been just fine, and it has withstood several trips already. Easy to spot, easy to pull along (which is great, because I am short, so I hate having to drag the ones without spinners), and holds a ton! I absolutely love the zipper compartment in the top. I can separate my dirty from my clean, or just pack a ton of extras. My mom loved them so much, she had me order a set for her. She just got back from a 3 week vacation, and it worked awesome for her, as well.
