As someone in the "very fit" category in terms of height and a smaller and thinner torso, you'll find this T- Shirts do not bulge at the waist and are not inferior in texture and quality, but I found nautica made a t-shirt that was perfect for my body type in terms of size, comfort and excellent style, even after washing the fibers retained their size and colors retained their hue. I feel the addition of spandex helps with all of this but doesn't overpower the natural feel of the cotton (the softest buttery feel I've ever experienced, even for a casual tee). My only gripe, albeit a small one, is the unnecessary pocket and oversized logo it sports. I know that having purchased a Nautica t-shirt in the past, they have refrained from using pockets on this model in the past, but that doesn't stop me from recommending this shirt to anyone looking for a tailored t-shirt build for an athlete looking.
