Review on CHEFVANTAGE Adjustable Pour Holes Salt and Pepper Shakers Set - Black and White by Ernest Duckett

My first order was for a set of red shakers; Unfortunately they arrived with some cosmetic manufacturing defects. When I notified the company I was immediately offered a partial refund rather than a replacement (as I live overseas) which was good as the defects were not significant. The company owner, Gina, also offered me an additional discount if I wanted to order another set. I did so and the new kit arrived with no defects. In terms of adjustability (the main reason I bought them) the holes are perfect for my needs. In fact, I think the smallest salty holes are the way to go; Other shakers often have openings that are too small, so they take a long time to deliver the amount of salt I need. Large holes are perfect for peppers. After using these shakers a few times you will get the right pour you want unless you pay attention. Wimpy, tiny shakers must be applied. I give 5 stars because the service was friendly and quick and I'm happy with the overall quality despite minor flaws.
