How many joules do you need?

How Many Joules Do You Need? Here's the breakdown. 1000 - lamps, mixers, digital clocks, small electronics. 2000 - power tools, printers, routers, copiers, office equipment. 3000 and up - home theater components, soundbars, computers, subwoofers, synths, DJ gear and whatever. which stores important information. I'm a music producer and audio engineer and have used countless surge protectors in my career and this may be one of the best devices I've come across. Devices green LEDs ensure that everything is grounded and protected. Something extremely important, but one that most people overlook because they don't understand the importance of Joules and proper grounding. They buy an extension cord with a switch, plug in their TVs, soundbars, computers, etc., and get the job done. Poorly. 4500 joules is more than enough to protect almost everything in the house (except the heater, never connect to splitters). I looked for other surge protectors with the same joules at the same price and couldn't find any. Even those that are twice as expensive only clock up to 2100 joules. Revan, I take my hat off to you. You make great products.
