Spoon use: cooking utensils and gadgets

I have been baking cookies and the small spoon is perfect for small cookies that can be used as a garnish for ice cream, tea, etc. Drizzle or rub the inside of a spoon with vegetable oil to keep the dough from sticking. Also, be prepared to "pull" the dough out of the scoop as it will stick to the "pivot".
