I am a 45 year old female who has recently developed milia and sebaceous hyperplasia. I've tried scrubs, scrubs, retinol, nothing helped. I kept getting bigger! I tried this product based on the reviews. Start by cutting them in half as other reviewers have suggested. They're a bit pricey at $17 for 12, but $24 is a better price and there's plenty to do for only half that. I started using them after cleaning my face every night. Literally in 3-4 days the first milia came out. I've also noticed that my hyperplasia has decreased in size. I continued to use it for 2 weeks and only 1 milia remained out of 4 or 5. My hyperplasias are also all much smaller and much less noticeable. I haven't noticed anything new in development and it's such a relief! I use them 2-3 times a week now and add a retinol sleep mask and salicylic acid moisturizer a few times a week. It seems to work wonders. Although my issues are not completely resolved, they have improved significantly and my confidence has returned. I will continue to use them as part of a preventative system!
