There's little I don't like about this dryer. The cord is very long and more than enough for most standard bathrooms or bedrooms. This is also handy for professionals who need to be plugged into an outlet but still have enough cords to reach their clients. The cable is a bit thick, making it bulkier than most, but it's not that difficult to deal with. It's nice to have different heat settings, but I usually use medium heat. I like the two speed option when I'm in a hurry or prefer to take my time for a better style. My favorite part is the diffuser, which is made of silicone. It is very soft on the head when worn and even unfolds when travelling. Anyone who has ever traveled with a standard diffuser knows that it takes up almost as much space as a pair of shoes. For those with curly hair, I know a diffuser is important and it worked great when I used it on my girlfriend. She said she's never used a blow dryer that didn't make her hair at least a little frizzy. Generally please.
