Great option to monitor various services and check realtime performance
The support team, how fast they react when there's an issue; I am not sure about their features but everything seems ok for now! It can be difficult sometimes if you have lots of modules with different providers (excel or google sheets). Also it takes some time before your data starts showing up correctly in cloudwatch metrics dashboard after setting alerts using other tools like aws slack notifications tool etc.. so i would recommend this product only because its good price atm compared others products out here that are priced higher than strats cpm one(for example zoho dashboards.) You must try them while free plan offers lot more functions then paid plans ones including integrations from apps such as facebook/twitter likes buttons integration into website pagesetc.

- Cloud hosting services included is very helpful especially during development phase.
- Has decent customer service reps who take care well whenever we need help related to issues faced by us
- Very responsive even though our case was resolved quickly within 2 hours max which shows great respect towards customers needs:)
- Dashboard interface could use better redesigning
- Can't customize anything without coding experience
