1. SUNCOO does not produce anything. This is a dealer posing as a manufacturer. I checked their website carefully and they sell products from baby products to plasma cutters (1).2. The laser is fine. No better than my 20 year old RoboToolz which I use with an inexpensive digital torpedo level instead of bubbles. My robo is calibrated +/- 1/4" at 300 feet. So while I have to use 3-sided fixed and rotating to get the same set as SUNCOO, it doesn't matter when the tripod is mounted. top.3.All I asked SUNCOO directly was A) optical laser measurements so I can accurately measure the true distance from the plane of light to the object, and B) PDF so I can use my computer to help reading the instructions. Do you think they can provide additional assistance? Thanks for understanding.
