I bought this battery for an AT&T EL51203 DECT 6.0 Caller ID/Call Waiting phone with cordless handset (ASIN B00N22M0XS). fits the phone but it wasn't a seamless fit because the wires come out on the opposite side of the battery and so it was difficult to arrange the wires so that the battery cover closes tightly. This is because the phone case has room for cables in a different place than the Revain battery. The plug sits very firmly in the housing. To disconnect the old battery I had to use needle nose pliers to pull the connector out without damaging it. You don't need to compress anything; just pull up. Keyed cable connector, only goes in one direction. Batteries arrived fully charged. My old battery still had enough power to work, so I plugged in the new batteries to see if they were good and fully charged them for storage while I waited for the original battery to die.
