We used this product at our health system. They had no previous experience using them before but we provided training. There was little to dislike other than their support staff didn't help us enough during set up which took about 3 weeks. They were very slow in responding to requests. At first they said it would take just 30 minutes to set up an account but after 2 weeks of waiting still not completed. If you have any issues contact customer service, there are too many levels so sometimes answers come days later. And sometimes reps don't answer emails. Set up new email addresses because you cannot change your existing one. This allowed us to share data between multiple locations without having to worry about passwords being forgotten. There are many things we like about this product including being able to manage patient information in one place (cloud). We also really enjoy how easy it has made our job during COVID! Everything works well together; there isn't anything at all out right now - so far everything seems great especially since most people have been working remotely due to coronavirus pandemic!! Would love if you could add something more robust than just email notifications though such thing would be nice but not necessary.
