When I first tried this product, I applied the shampoo to the brush and then massaged it into my hair, that's how I've seen similar products in other videos. It did not work. On the second try I shampooed my hair as usual and then used a scalp massager and it worked much better. It felt very good on my scalp and is easy to hold and easy to clean.
