Works well, boron holds back food odors.
It works really well. It was spotless in the dishwasher too. However, it retained the smell of spices and meat. I've tried wiping it down twice with vinegar and once with bleach, but it still smells like dry rubbed roast pork. I will use it anyway as the smell is not too strong.
