Review on RewardTrax by Shawn Tolbert

I like that it allows you be able give your employees rewards for certain actions they take during their job in order get them more engaged with what is going around at work! Their customer service has been lacking as far back when we first started using this program (almost 2 years ago). They were very slow moving through process updates or answers our questions about how something worked until there was no other choice but just go ahead an use another product/service so why would anyone stay? Be patient because once things are getting settled down after some time people will appreciate all of these benefits again!! We have used several different point-of sale systems from companies such as cash registers etc., none could compare compared too much ease & efficiency than Rewards Traq can offer us along side many additional features including loyalty points tracking - everything rolled into one easy system instead having multiple software services which made administration difficult plus.
