For me, the S20 initially had two negatives: the first was autonomy; however, after receiving feedback from Samsung, I activated the adaptive mode, and now everything is perfect. Previously, I had a Huawei P30Pro, which I liked except for the video quality; the S20 is much better. The second and current only drawback is the navigation: Huawei is much more practical, and while there have been no accidental clicks on that phone, they happen frequently on this one (swipe back). Before getting used to it, I had second thoughts about buying the headphones I had pre-ordered, but now that I have them, I'm glad I did. They were my first Bluetooth headphones, and I found them to be comfortable and practical.
