Seems to work well but instructions are poorly written

I think mine works well but can't say for sure. Inserting the middle battery is difficult because the battery cover is not removable. The manual is written in poor English and at least one item in the manual seems to be wrong. There is also a two-minute countdown when the device is turned on. I don't know what it's for because it's not mentioned in the instructions.
