I would like to rate this watch well but if the customer cannot customize it then it is impossible. I bought this watch for my wife and it's either too loose or too tight. There are no adjustments to make it fit. There is no combination of links that would allow it to fold. The problem is that there is no fine tuning. Even $20 Timex and Casio watches have a series of holes so you can move the spring pin to whichever works best. There are no such holes on this watch. I have written to Bulova and so far have only received one reply which has shown me how to do what I have already done. The Bulova rep either didn't take the time to read and understand my question or they just didn't care. So the watch should be back and I will be cautious if you are considering this watch or any watch with a similar strap style. . You have a 50/50 chance it will fit.
