So I tried Loopy, a sprocket, a case with a metal ring built in, and a smaller elastic adhesive, and it all failed. The Loopy just doesn't fit the XS Max ergonomically anymore. I know this because I had the Loopy for 6S+ and the difference was obvious when my hands cramped after using the Loopy for XS Max. It wasn't any better with the ring, the ring cut his finger; however, there were no spasms as it was properly positioned on the body. The other two adhesives - one peeled off due to the Florida heat, so those two options were quickly removed. I don't know how I found this particular holder but I have to tell you that it fits CSMax perfectly. After reading the reviews, I decided to use it top-down instead of top-down. It's tight and I think it will stretch over time, but for now it's perfect, absolutely perfect and doesn't move at all. I wear it over a bacon case and have no problem with it touching the glass.
