I was very upset when the pens arrived. The packaging does not match what is advertised. It's a thin cardboard case with pens in a thin plastic shell (I mean thin) and the pens are difficult to get out. I've had 3 pens so far that didn't work at all so I had to put in a refill. The box says that the colors are arranged in such a way that the sticks can be combined well with each other. That's a lie. They are everywhere as far as arrangement goes. You'll have to find an alternate way to store them when you get them out as the box won't hold up. If you hold a box with handles on one end, it will bend down due to the weight of the handles. Also, you can't hold the pens by the tray they come in as it just folds up and the pens fall all over the place. The colors are beautiful and the handles are smooth. In general I keep, but I will not buy again. They are made in China in case you are wondering.
