I got a 2XL because I am a bit top and bottom heavy, hourglass shaped, not much of a belly. I usually wear a large or XL in clothes so I figured sizing up was the way to go. The bottoms fit perfectly and I couldn't love them more. However, the top was a disaster. It was entirely too big, (I'm a 38 DDD) only one set of straps was adjustable. The rest just hang there incredibly awkwardly; definitely not as pictured on the model. Short of figuring out how to tie or sew them to shorten them or cut them off completely, the top is a waste. The cover up is a bit long but fit loosely enough to be comfortable, I'd say it's true to size. Sad the top is a total miss because the print and style otherwise are very cute and flattering.
