These sock spreaders work really well. They're soft and comfortable - you won't even notice they're on you. However, as others have said, unless your big toe is really thin, you can't wear it as pictured! Don't worry as it works just as well if you put it on your second finger and set the pad over your thumb. I love that I can wear this at night and it doesn't bother me, especially when I can't wear braces during the day (I'm in Florida and I don't wear closed shoes very often!). I definitely recommend these spacers.
