I saw reviews that it is loud, but it’s not, I compare it with my b810r and the sound is much quieter, there are no clicks familiar to a mechanical keyboard at all (I bought this version on red switches, took it as a gift to a friend, chose it quieter so that the girl did not click on the head). It is very sensitive for me, I'm used to pressing the buttons with force, but here they work with much less resistance even in comparison with the membrane keyboard, especially the space bar, there is also no tactile response. So if it is important for you to hear and feel the pressure - make a choice in favor of blue switches, not red ones, there should be better (and louder) in this regard. I saw negative reviews on the software, I myself did not encounter any problems in setting up, if I go deep and set up not only the backlight, then some difficulties arise, I did not find anything bad in my use case. In general, I can quite recommend it for purchase, I have had the 810 for more than a year, it was filled with beer once and works flawlessly, this one, I believe, will keep the level). Well, the font here seems to be nicer than on the previous model.
