Don't stay lit.: Home accessories

I have been using Lampe Berger for many years. I have bought many replacement wicks, both original versions directly from Lampe Berger and third-party brands. I've never had a problem - until now. These wicks just don't burn. 5-10 minutes after blowing out an open flame, the stone will become cold. Very disappointed.
