I have bought several different ones and will definitely never buy these again. I opened it and the liquid flew in all directions. To even apply it I had to take a paper towel and wash off the too greasy liquid, otherwise it just smeared all over. Hit my clothes when it was shooting all over the place (no cheap clothes), hit the whole bathroom (sink, mirror, etc.). Mixing wise, it was very difficult to mix and seemed like I had random dots because it didn't mix very well due to the amount of liquid that came out. I guess it was a bad block considering the 3.9 rating list but first impressions are terrible and I wouldn't spend my money again to find out if it was just a bad block.
