looks good but has software/driver issues

The keyboard looks great overall. wife liked it. However, this caused my computer not to boot. If the keyboard is initially unplugged, the computer will allow Windows to boot. The keyboard works after the computer boots up. But as long as you leave the keyboard plugged in at boot, it will cause a black screen of nothing. :(I've tried updating the driver, messing around with the BIOS but at the end of the day the computer won't boot. Sorry I meant to give this product 5 stars but it just doesn't work as advertised Good hour with my IT Guy having trouble shooting keyboard.sigh
