Updated rating. First I gave it a star because the nails were sticky. Then I realized I was just doing it wrong. Use a base coat. Heal. I ran it through 2 cycles just to be on the safe side. Use your polish. 2 cycles again. Add a second coat with 2 more cycles and use a top coat with the last 2 cycles. Then wipe your nails with a lint free alcohol wipe (I only used rubbing alcohol and paper towels). Alcohol is needed to remove sticky residue. The result is absolutely dry, shiny and beautiful nails. I didn't know this as it was my first time and I hadn't researched enough.
